FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Before your session

A few straightforward answers to help you understand my practice and how a session works.

What is the difference between magnetism and traditional manual care?

Magnetism aims to stimulate and mobilise a person’s energetic resources, supporting the body’s own mechanisms of recovery and rebalancing.

Traditional manual care is a hands-on approach. Using precise techniques, the practitioner works in particular on certain tensions, pains, or musculoskeletal and nerve-related discomfort. I use it, for example, to support people with lower-back pain or following a sprain.

The two practices are different but complementary and, where appropriate, may be combined during the same session.

What kinds of problems can I consult you about?

Magnetism can be used as a complementary approach for many physical complaints. My role is not to make a medical diagnosis, but to support the person by mobilising their own resources and natural capacity for recovery.

Depending on the situation, I use magnetism alone or combine it with traditional manual care when a hands-on intervention seems appropriate.

How does a session work?

A session may begin with a conversation, but you do not necessarily need to tell me what has brought you to see me.

In my magnetism practice, I frequently feel in my own body the painful or disturbed areas of the person in front of me. I use these perceptions to guide my work, without needing every pain to be described beforehand.

It can also happen that the area I work on does not correspond to where the pain is felt. Back pain, for example, may lead me to work on the foot or another area when I consider that its origin lies elsewhere.

I then use magnetism, traditional manual care, or a combination of both according to what I perceive and what the situation calls for. At the end of the session, we can compare my perceptions with what you felt and discuss what was done.

How long does a session last?

In magnetism, the length of a session does not determine the quality of the treatment. My approach is to set the person’s resources in motion; extending an intervention therefore does not necessarily make it more effective.

Charles de Saint-Savin, founder of GNOMA, wrote in 1951 that a magnetism session should normally not exceed about ten minutes. In my practice, a magnetism session generally lasts no more than 15 to 20 minutes, and sometimes less.

With traditional manual care, the intervention may be even shorter: once the necessary technique has been performed, there is no reason to persist or multiply manipulations.

How many sessions are usually needed?

I do not routinely prescribe a series of sessions. The principle is to do as few as possible.

Even in the most persistent situations, I generally consider that it should not be necessary to exceed three sessions, spaced about one month apart. If there is no change, continuing to multiply appointments indefinitely would make no sense in the way I work.

Some particular situations, especially warts, may nevertheless take more time and require longer support.

Can magnetism or traditional manual care replace medical treatment?

No. I make it an absolute rule never to advise anyone who consults me to stop or change ongoing medical treatment.

Magnetism and traditional manual care are complementary approaches. They do not replace diagnosis by a healthcare professional or treatment prescribed by your doctor.

How does a distance treatment work?

For distance work, I use a recent photograph of the person, their first and last name, and date of birth.

The person does not need to be available when I work: they may be working, sleeping, travelling or simply carrying on with their normal activities. They do not need to concentrate on the treatment or enter any particular state.

When my work is finished, I simply send a message to let them know the treatment has been carried out.

Sometimes the person replies that they suspected it, because they say they felt something at the time I was working. These sensations are personal and naturally vary from one person to another.

Can you work with animals?

Yes. Animals can also receive my care, through magnetism or traditional manual care depending on the situation.

During my years of practice in France, I regularly saw dogs and cats in my practice. I have also worked directly in their environment: with horses in their field, and even with a goat for a traditional manual treatment. I have also worked at a distance from photographs, including with cows.

I find working with animals particularly interesting because they do not approach a session with the same expectations, beliefs or judgements as a human being. Over the years, however, I have observed reactions and changes that have led me to continue working with them when their owner asks me to.

Where do you work and how can I book an appointment?

I currently divide my time between France and Morocco, travelling to Morocco on average once a month and devoting a large part of my stay there to my magnetism and traditional manual practice.

In Morocco, I mainly provide home visits in Casablanca, as well as in Marrakech on request.

When I am not in Morocco and the situation is suitable, I can begin the work at a distance, then continue or complete it during my next visit to Morocco if an in-person session or traditional manual treatment is needed.

To find out my next dates in Morocco or book an appointment, the easiest way is to contact me directly on WhatsApp at +212 754 61 64 11.
